Finished downloading Berserk vols1-23.
The Good: Story's well developed and the artwork's amazing
The Bad: Some of the scanlations aren't complete ;_; But I'll read the text file.
The Ugly: I don't know how many volumes are out there. It seems like book 23 is the last one scanlated, but the story hasn't ended yet T_T
The really horrible looking one: The file size for the 23 books 1.13 GB. :O

It's 3:22 in the morning...
I slept at 9 (because it rained and the bed was so comfortable and having no internet due to the thunderstorm doesn't help at all) and woke up around 2am-ish). Woke for a few minutes only to realize that my bro has returned from his Prom night at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Wanted to go to sleep again, only to receive a call from bro to open the gate (he just sampai. And now I can't go back to sleep again ;_;

So I'm using my sleepless time to download Berserk! Woohoo!!! 21 volumes so far. 2 more to go!

I got myself Icewind Dale 2 today too. It looks.......... okay. It's supposed to be a hack and slash Dungeon Crawl, but there's no rotational camera, and the interface buttons are kinda small ;_; Lotsa pausing inbetween battles because can't I click on the friggin' enemies or objects.

On the other hand, my NWN female monk is getting her ass whooped by a bloated dire spider. Bleh.

And I didn't explain about where I'm going for my end of year hols. It's UK. My bro's gonna go study there at Northhampton and thus the whole family's seeing him off. If anybody wants me to grab me anything, just tell me. Just make sure I can meet up with you (sorry, non-Klang Valley people who are reading this). And make sure you have the monetary funds to pay me back. (I'm only bringing 50 pounds).

And HAHAHhaHAHAhaha to all ManU and Liverpool fans. We underdogs r0x0r!!! (tho I wish Wayne Rooney's shot on goal was a bit lower ;_;)

News flash @ 3am:
1. I watched LOTR:TTT. I bought the ticket 30 minutes before the show and got a good seating too. It was good! Too bad Gimli had to be the comic relief. Short jokes abound~
2. NWN is playable again!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!! I had to do a CLEAN install. Bah all the old files got corrupted or something.
3. Playing Dragon Raja. Apart from the fact that it crashes every 15 minutes or so, it's pretty okay. Good thing is that my character doesn't lose any information. Bad thing is I haven't even got out of the beginners' area yet. Ugly thing is the English server's full most of the time. Ugh.

I couldn't post anything yesterday. For the better part of the day, the blog wouldn't update while at night my adsl was down.

Comic Fiesta was... SUPERB! Kudos to the CF crew for making it a great event! We got to see some of the MAAO board's posters there. Not to mention lotsa cosplayers. Uberness! I want another event next year! And a a bigger place please! :)

Spent a great deal of yesterday watching .hack//sign. I'm totally baffled at the ending... well not totally, but it kinda leaves an empty feeling (i want to see more dammit!). But the idea of .hack//sign scares me if it's available in real life... Watch out for PKs!

Character design: 4 (And that Hippo thing is really ugly as said by A20)
Plot: 3.5 (doesn't feel complete at all because that's in the game and some rather bad conitnuation in some scenes)
Characterization: 3 (The only 2 people I really like were Sora and Maha/Maho)
Music: 5 (My new theme song is Aura...)
Overall: 4 (It's an okay watch if you got the time. But man... it could have been paced faster)

Ah... I was back in Muar for a day for Raya. Nice to meet up with all my cousins. (Actually, most of my aunts and uncles stay in KL but being with my grandparents was really nice). Played 3 rounds of Saidina (aka M'sian Monopoly) with my bro and cousins (and eventually 2 of my uncles). My bro won the first 2 games after conning me in the first game, while ripping everybody off in the second. I won the third game though, thanks to luck and a really sadistic streak :D (I let anybody who couldn't pay my hotel rent off if they would give me a piece of their land, and sometimes even buying from them for 3k plus the negating the debt). Ahh.... devaluing the land and then bringing up a hotel in its place....

Well, I have work tomorrow while everybody's still happy celebrating Aidilfitri. It's not too bad though. I think there will be a handful at the office tomorrow though. PS1 here I come!

It's a fair day today...

1. Went to repay off my dad's speeding summons from the October balik kampung session. Surprise surprise! Ops Wata kicks in. Bah. We sent the bloody cheque in October, but they returned it (because you can't pay your summons by cheque) and we received the rejected cheque a couple of days ago. The thing is, because we didn't "pay", the summons was still active, and thus we are penalized. :/ Anyhow, my dad said to send a postal money thingie and along with a letter to the JB Utara (where the summons was issued) to explain the situation. Hopefully this will get resolved as quickly as possible. Otherwise, it's an extra RM200 ;_;

2. Went to the bank to split my money so that can give the money to my little cousins for duit raya. Scary thing is... the banks ran out of small change :o Crap.

3. There were 5 people in my office this morning. Right now there are 3 as I am writing this :o

4. Best method to kill time? Go back home and play M:TG with me bro. Also playing Lufia 2 on the office comp doesn't hurt either :)
