It's been a long time since I've updated my blog. Heh.

Things that has happened since the last blog:

1. Car repairs = RM350 with paint & polish. They even repainted the door that was scratched by some damn asshole while it was parked in the midvalley megamall parking area about 3 months ago. Them workshop people are nice. Plus they they're only nextdoor to my office compound. Easy access :D

2. MAAO meeting on last Saturday. Shortest meeting EVER. 2.5 hours only. 4 people came. And we didn't even do a jam pict. And it wasn't loud as usual. The meeting, apart from Dinjerr's financial review, was a failure :( Although I think Dinjerr, Reins and Booya had a kick of my penguin walk.

3. On Thursday last I played badminton with my office colleagues after work. The last time I've played badminton was in primary school. Surprisingly I can still do trick shots, and my reaction to smashes has increased in speed. And after reading all those sports mangas, I jumped for every shuttle, whether or not I am able reach them in time. I played 4 full sets that day, and during the cool down session (3 of 10 laps of jogging around the court), my legs develop the excrutiating pain of cramp. And it lasted till Sunday too. The people who saw me on Sunday (as per the above people mentioned in number 2) saw me penguin walking all around KLCC.

4. Work pile is increasing. Well, it isn't too bad yet, but I think I need a serious break after mid-August is over. I will attempt to make my comic for Amateur Rojak as soon as I can find the free time.

Edit:
5. I bought myself League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The comic. Ho. This comic is too good.
Favorite character: Hawley Griffin aka The Invisible Man. Or Mr. Aheheh (yeah he says that a lot)
Fav. Panel: (spoiler-highlight to see)Griffin returning to the Nautilus with the constable's uniform. Classic :D

The story telling's really good, although the cinematography is rather bland. But then again, it tries to emulate the late 19th century feel with the adverts and all, so I think that's forgivable. Overall, worth the RM46++ I gave to kinos to own it. Can't wait for part 2 :D

Watched T3 again. Heh. It rocks.

I'm in the process of making a temp forum for MAAO. It'll be on one of the freeboard servers, so expect popups/popunders/banners/ads. It's gonna be very generic too.

One work target reached! 2 more to go~~~

Spending free time looking through gothic lolita websites. The costume design rocks!

I also think I'm getting a bit under the weather. Not feeling too well with all the work and lack of sleep. That and I'm sitting beside a person who has just recently recovered from a fever in the office. I think the virii's jumping ship X_X

I'm hungry.

Still in the office tutoring a colleague on some work stuff. Work pile increasing again. Hopefully can get enough free time within this week to catch Hulk... and Finding Nemo.

The whole of last week was kinda tiring. Had to stay at the office and work during the weekdays till 8:30pm, (and on the friday till 12:30am Saturday). The good thing was that I got most of the things I reached my work target on that Friday/Saturday, so I had the weekends off! I spent the weekend catching T3. the movie, albeit short, was still a pretty good show. Claire Danes was no Linda Hamilton tho :) The funny parts were damn funny, and the car chase scene was really long. Infact, It's the longest chase scene I've ever seen outside a fast car movie. Lotsa cars got wrecked too.

Also saw that Legoman is in another movie called Pirates of The Carribean. Love the costume designs for that. And there's the new cop movie with Harrison Ford. From the trailer, I think it's gonna be a damn enjoyable movie. I mean, Harrison Ford as a smart witty cop.

I also went to a CC in Subang until 4 am playing warcraft 3 with some friends. The place is surprisingly packed and I could see some high level players there (although very kiasu). Nice to see that Starcraft still has a following :D

I managed to play 3 games of Warhammer 40k in the duration of the weekend. Standing's at 2 wins and 1 lost. Heh.

Oh forgot to mention, Warcraft 3's expansion was already out on the 1st of July. Go get it.

My friend's server's hard disk died a week back or so. That meant my blog went with it. As well as the MAAO board. Hopefully it'll get back up soon-ish but dont hold your breath.
